Lava Cast Iron Enamel fits well in today's modern food preparation. Recognized in history for being one of the best materials to use in cookware, todays design offer a modern approach to the traditional cast iron used in the past. Ideal for casseroles, roasts, grills, soups and so much more.

Steam is condensed in the pot allowing no flavour or vitamins to be lost from the food.

Lava Cast Iron is effective for traditional cooking at medium heat as well as for boiling at high heat. Dishes can be served straight from Oven or Cooktop to the table or buffet.

I really like solid casserole dishes and you can't get any more solid than a cast iron dish. They hold the heat really well and cook the casserole through and through. I would recommend it to anyone.
